LEARN

Men’s Group Study

Understanding the power and purpose of men. Together, St. Mary’s Men’s Group gathers in a relaxed and casual setting to dive deeper into our faith to better understand what it means to be a Catholic man in today’s world. The topics vary each gathering, but the discussion is always “real” and engaging. As we, as Catholic men, embrace our call to pursue heroic virtue, we become better husband, fathers and leaders.

“Iron is sharpened by iron; one person sharpens another.” – Proverbs 27:17

LIVE

Men’s Group Social

Good times and laughter. The St. Mary’s Men’s Group social gatherings are a chance to hang out, relax and let off some steam. Activities vary and are an opportunity to interact with other guys in the parish.

“I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and your joy may be complete.” – John 15:11

LEAD

Men’s Group Fraternity

St. Mary’s Men’s Group welcomes men of all ages to be committed disciples of Jesus Christ and better husbands, fathers and men in their local community. Through interactions with other believers, and through developing a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, Saint Mary’s Men’s Group equips men with the spiritual confidence and initiative to continue to grow in their journey of faith. In turn, when Jesus is the center of all we do, men are better fathers, husband, and leaders – in the home, in the parish and in the community.

“Hear, my son, and receive my words, and the years of your life shall be many. On the way of wisdom I direct you, I lead you on straight paths.” – Proverbs 2:10-11

The Eucharist distinguishes Catholic life more than anything else, providing the foundation for sacred worship and belief in Christ’s living presence within the Church. In this next 12-week study, The Eucharist: The Heart of the Christian Life, we’ll explore the way the Eucharist gives shape to our Christ life and the graces that flow from it.

The encounter with Jesus at the Mass enables Christians to spread their faith, serve the needy, transform work and family life into an offering to God, and extend Christ’s presence everywhere into society. The Eucharist changes the world from the inside out.

The Eucharist: The Heart of the Christian Life will guide you through a systematic study of the Eucharist, not only in its biblical foundations, but also its centrality in the lives of the saints, art, culture, the devotions and prayers of the Church, and how to live in holy communion in an unbelieving world.

We invite you to join us in The Eucharist: The Heart of the Christian Life. The video episodes will be viewed together, and with the study workbook, will guide the group discussion. The Saint Mary’s Men’s Group evenings are open to all adult men of the parish, no matter your age. Come for one, come for all. You are welcome.
